These Ankole horn vase or planter were meticulously sanded, polished, and then sealed with a food-safe lacquer for a smooth and shiny finish.

In addition to their impressive size, Ankole horns are also known for their beautiful variation of colorsranging from light to dark, with exotic stripes of ivory, black, and brown. Like a fingerprint, no two horns are exactly alike, making each of these tumblers unique and rare.

TheAnkole horn usedwas sourced ethically as a food by-product. Made from start to finish by our team of in-house cow horn artisans at our design-and-craft studio in Kampala, Uganda.
